After school club’s coordinator is overall responsible for organising extracurricular clubs both paid and free within the campus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Compiling the list of clubs that will be on offer for pupils through the year, both free and paid.Making sure that clubs on offer are relevant to the demand, age and are market competitive.

2. Timetabling the clubs for the year (teachers, venues etc.).

3. Communications with the clubs providers /clubs teachers with regards to the clubs quality, payments, schedules, attendance, security and medical checks.

4. Advertising clubs to the school community.

5. Budgeting clubs profits and expenses within the campus and overseeing that it is in line with the group finance strategy.

6. Initiating payments to club providers and purchasing clubs related resources. Making sure that all paperwork is done in line with the company rules.

7. Reporting to the Administrative Director of a campus directly and to the Group Clubs coordinator functionally.

8. Organising events and club promotion events like Got Talent shows, piano concerts, vocal concerts, robotics competitions and so on to shоwparents what student have achieved in the clubs.

9. Making sure that all clubs invoices are paid on time and contracts with parents are signed.

10. Organising summer school and winter school school conserts at the campus.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Higher Education

2. Work experience (more than 1 year), similar role in other schools; for example, administrator in education or language center, etc.

3. Good level of spoken and written English (Intermediate level must have!)

4. Computer skills (PPT, Excel, Google tables)

5. Leadership and communication skills

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Empoyment at the beginig of August 2025

• Working hours: 9 00 – 18 00 (Monday – Friday)

• Compensation: Salary + KPI based annual bonus

• Annual paid leave 28 calendar days

• Official employment according to the Russian Labor Law

• Trial period: 3 months

• School transfers from metro Slavyansky bulevard and Molodezhnaya to the campus and back.
